This small, pretty fisherman's cottage appeals with a lovely
character from its beamed ceiling and stone walls.
It has a special view over Swansea Bay and distant hills from the main
bedroom. Located on picturesque steps close to the delicious range of
Mumbles restaurants and pubs, it overlooks the sea front promenade
that encircles the Bay, via a delightful and easy walk to the
excellent shops and facilities at Oystermouth village, including crazy
golf, tennis and churches. Mumbles Pier, Lighthouse and Coastguard
Station are all nearby.
The sea and beaches at Bracelet Bay, Limeslade, Rotherslade and
Langland are all within 1 to 3 miles. Spectacular Gower Peninsula, an
area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, encompasses this coast and much
more towards Worm's Head and Rhosili.
The living room has a sofa and easy chair, dining table and chairs
plus colour television. The kitchen has wall and floor units, gas
cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A rear lobby, from the
kitchen, has a shower room alongside a separate room with wc and wash
hand basin.
The cottage is ideal for 2 adults and is not suitable for children. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Both have wardrobes.
