• Car-parking nearby - At the bottom of Dickslade steps in front of The George (SALT) next door ~ 20m away.  The George is laid back from the road with parking in front for local use.  There are no parking charges.

• Pay and display car park – It is extremely unlikely that you need to use a pay and display car park.  To date no guests have used a pay and display car park.

• Assistance – we always meet guests personally and are ready to assist them, if required on arrival.

• Drop off point for cars – usually available ~20m away; see Car-parking nearby.

• Public transport - Bus 37 circuitous route, & 2B from The George to Swansea Quadrant Bus Station adjacent to shops – Debenhams etc.
Numbers 2, 2A, 3A from Oystermouth village to Swansea ~ 15 to 20 mins. 
Ride all-day from £2.50 to £3.50 in Swansea, Neath & Gower.

• Distances – 1 km/½ mile to Oystermouth village; 8km/5miles to Swansea.

• Shop Mobility scheme – Swansea East end of St David’s Centre.

• Reception – we always meet guests, as arranged, usually around 2pm.

• Steps – ~16 steps from Mumbles Road to the cottage.  No ramp is available.

• Floor levels – 2 steps to kitchen, toilet & bathroom.  Bedrooms upstairs.

• Doorways – ~ 600mm width, insufficient for wheelchair / Zimmer / pushchair.

• Toilet – accessible at the same level from the kitchen.

• Floors – there are 2 floors with the two bedrooms on the upper floor.

Please note: The cottage, including bedrooms, is not adapted for wheelchair users.  The stairs bend and are very steep.  No animals are allowed in the cottage.
